By using numberbuffet.com ("Number Buffet", "the site") you agree to these terms, which form an agreement between you and Blue Skua LLC ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. The service

Number Buffet generates numeric sequences, random values, format conversions and test identifiers, and renders them as downloadable images. Every feature is free to use and the site is funded entirely by advertising. There is nothing to buy and no account to create.

2. Your content and output

Numbers are facts and we claim no ownership of the values any generator produces. Images you create are yours to use for any lawful purpose, including commercially. The site's own code, design and editorial text remain ours.

3. Limits

A single run generates up to 1,000 values. The cap keeps the page responsive, since everything is generated and rendered in your own browser. Image download and data export in CSV, JSON, NDJSON, SQL and XML are available to everyone at no charge.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use generated test identifiers — card numbers, IBANs, phone numbers, IMEIs, barcodes — to deceive anyone, to attempt a real transaction, or for any fraudulent purpose. They are drawn from reserved and sandbox ranges precisely so that they cannot be used this way;
• present generated phone numbers as belonging to a real person or business;
• circumvent the generation limit;
• scrape the site at a volume that degrades it for others, or resell access to it;
• use the site unlawfully or in breach of a third party's rights.

5. Accuracy and no reliance

We take accuracy seriously and cite our sources, but the site is provided for education, design, testing and entertainment. Do not rely on it where correctness is critical — verify independently. The numerology, angel-number and lucky-number pages describe cultural beliefs and carry no predictive claim. Nothing on the site is financial, legal, medical or professional advice.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the site up but offer no uptime guarantee, and we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, including individual generators.

7. Third-party services

The site uses Cloudflare for hosting and Google for advertising. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for the content of advertisements or of external sites we link to.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, or that output will be accurate or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site. Because the site is free to use, our total liability for any claim is limited to ten US dollars.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the site, in particular any use of generated identifiers for fraud or misrepresentation.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above will change and material revisions will be announced on the site. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
